I merged mine and so far the merged ISO works like charm! I only notice a bit of lag but maybe that's because
mine is a PSP 1000 series with 32 MB of RAM or it's some plugins fault... Anyway the emrged ISO works and the
process is quite simple.

I have the exact same model I can confirm the game has a little lag... Even from the original ISO's :/

Know what I kinda miss? And this is probably Golden Sun talking but I actually miss having actual weapon models and even though we got airships, I'd like a boat. I really would have liked a underwater mission or two. Perhaps some sunken ruins would have been great too.

Uh sorry for the on topic off topic rant. I just love Type 0.

ORIENCE!
>_< man I still have Golden Sun 1&2 on my vita just incase I want to get back in that anytime! I know that feeling that you`re basicly going to see this character model from start to finish without hardly any changes. At least in Type 0 we got clothes choices : 3 too bad that normal attacks can`t do other affects aside from hit miss crt~. D : after work I`m going back on the vita and mess in GS 1 again.

I want to say awesome work u guys are doing right now. So from what I understand here Skyblade will entirely make a new ISO which already been converted to english translation. I have a suggestion, why not separate the translation into a plugins. Like the method that have been used by Team Maverick One in translating the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd into English. It works perfectly fine, plus there is no need to emerge new ISO, which is maybe will remove by authority after a while. Here are their website. http://teammaverickone.blogspot.com/ . I hope this can help u guys :)

That was suggested before and it was said, that the iso merge has to do with the translation itself (one reason), and even if u use a plugin it would have the same problem, it will go over the size limit (Sky told that somebody else before). Next thing is, thats what I said, TMO did both, plugin AND an Iso-patch and the reason for that plugin wasn't space, but it is easier to update a plugin instead of patching an iso, that's all, so the plugin is only needed, if u update partial patches, but this will be a full patch, so no need to update later on

Edit: the iso won't be given out to people, cause that's not allowed, only the tools to patch will be given

Hey guys, will you be doing an english voice over as well?

Have you read this topic at all? If not maybe now is a good time to start...

On the other hand if you're too lazy, then the team are doing a reverse ancient Norse dub. Just to keep things mythic.

Oh, i get it. So when this project is finished, the team will release a new tools for the patch, and we will do it ourselves. So all i need to do is buying the 2 UMD of final fantasy type-0 ? The patch will do all the job?

Yes, I believe so. You will need to learn how to mount the iso from the UMD and merge the 2, then apply the patch.

Hey! I just happened to find this wonderful project as I was researching on the SE company.
I absolutely adore Type-0 and was devastated to find out they weren't working on the English version.
I'm a full-time student in Japan and an aspiring translator. I got full scores on both my Japanese Ability Test and TOEICs.

If your group still needs some helping hands in translation, I'm totally offering my talents<'3
Otherwise, good luck with everything! I'm rooting for you guys!

Well it would be cool to have one extra translator at this point. We are currently using a SVN to get and update the game text database. It's not difficult to use, and then it's just matter of editing txt files. If you still interested, add me on Skype (skybladecloud) so I can add you to the translation team group. Thanks:

Cool, now that we have a new translator in the team, time to ask from the fans opinion:

You see, the other day I discovered that the whole Natsubi demo is included as dummy data in the retail game; it's referenced as UMD3 (so probably the Zeroshiki demo is there too, as UMD4). I even managed to start the demo from the retail game, but due to some changes, it ended up crashing.

What I wanted to do was to add demos as missions in the game, but that would make no sense since all the content is already available in the final product... Except extra outfits...

So the team's final resolution was to add extra outfits (summer + royal), so they will be always available in the translated version of the game, from the beginning. Also, I will remove the option to import the demo save from the Title Menu, since it wouldn't be necessary...

What do you guys think? IMHO it's the best thing to do, there is no point in translating the demo only for those outfits...

Sounds good to me, I mean outfits doesn't hurt or do they have any special ability that would make the game far easier? If not one yes from me, I like extra goods :3. No Demos but extra costumes :).

Edit:
@Sky will it save alot of space?

@Sayabean thank u for joining their Team :)
