Hacking G6 lite's shipping from realhotstuff

I received mine today as well. WOO HOO!

Took me all of 15 mintues after getting home and opening the packages to me flashing my DS Lite. I couldn't stand the Passcard flash and the DS health warning screens.

Next mod will be to use the bottom half of the real DS lite dust cover on the G6 lite...

I still havent gotten mine, paid for priority shipping with the first batch of g6 lites, getting kind of pissed now!

BenDiesel/Warm Woolly Sheep (WTF?!?! two usernames?!?!?!): I feel your pain man, but sometimes mistakes happen. I assume that you have no shipping info on the realhotstuff website under your account? If your item still hasn't shipped and your order number is less than 5160 (don't know the cuttoff number, but that was very close to my order number) then I would POLITELY contact realhotstuff.

If there was a mistake and you present yourself in a calm and collected manner there is a very good chance they can work with. For example they may refund your shipping costs or offer some other discount. I would just shoot them a nice email stating your concerns, possibly reference this thread to let them know you understand that orders placed after yours have already shipped/been received. Then simply ask what they can do for you, you may want to ask if they will refund your shipping here, but I would get pushy or demand anything. Remember you want realhotstuff to want to make you a happy customer, if you get mean/nasty/short/demanding they will most likely not want to help. Most companies realize how important customer satisfaction is when doing business online as it is EASY to spread information about bad vendors, so if there was a mistake I am sure they will be willing to help.

Hm, woollysheep isnt me if thats what youre asking. I do have shipping info in my account on real hot stuff, and I did get the tracking number and all on the 31st, I just havent received the package yet. Im not complaining about realhotstuff (yet), this kind of thing always seems to happen to me with mail...

received mine today. came with a black, white, ice, and gba cover. The actual G6 board came in the black case, which is odd as i've heard the board shipped in the white. oh well, works great.

I received my G6 lite and Passcard3 from Realhotstuff today, they shipped it on 02/08 to middle Europe(airmail letter post). Excellent
biggrin.gif


I can definitely recommend them.
