I recently bought a replacement housing shell for my psp 1000 and when I put everything back together my analog stick refuses to work. Sometimes I can fiddle with it and get it to work but it goes back to being poopy immediately after I stop using my psp. Ive tried the calibration trick and the homebrew app that claims it can fix any analog stick but to no avail. I have my rubber piece for my analog stick for the contacts on properly as well. I've even bought an entirely new analog stick and it functions the same so its not my original stick thats the problem.

Any ideas welcome.

i recommend you to use macrofire plugin
with this plugin you can remap the button in the psp
for exampla you can remap the d-pad button to analog button
