Well, I beat the main game, but I don't have everything unlocked. If you're wondering about what units there are, Crashman has a list in the first page. But I'm waiting for a name translation patch so I can enjoy the last bit of the game even more.

Yeah thanx to guys like him we can enjoy this games! unlike unfriendly japanes who wont even translate their popular tittles! even when there is so many fans in west!
its funny how their ppl consume too but never provide and dont think im judging them!, i met alot of their ppl because of my job and 80% of them are selfish as hell.........

Hey, come on, that's not true... The Japanese people I knew were some of the friendliest I've ever met. But with games, it's not a matter of being unfriendly. They're game companies, and they have to decide whether a game will localize well or not. Unfortunately, this game is obviously one of those that wouldn't do so well, it hasn't gotten much attention in the gaming forums I've been to. Also, there's the same problem with other mecha games like ACE and SRW, there comes licensing issues with Japanese mecha series when it comes to localizing.

But as for the list of mechs in this game, Crashman posted two lists. In another post below the first one, there's actually a translated list of units he posted.

Can someone tell me about Weapon/robot statues which u can increase with TP until we get the translation? i just increase them without knowing what they are xD

It's a bit late now, I missed your post... But if you still want to know what the stats are, here it is:
Mech base stats:
HP
Shot Defense
Melee Defense
Speed
Boost
Balance (Shortens lag between actions)

And the weapon slots all have the same stats (some stats are useless on melee or some other unique actions):
Attack
Accuracy
Speed
Reload

And, well, I don't mean to be that 'impatient guy,' but I'd just like to confirm, Crash, you're still slowly working on a translation, right?

Very slowly. Lots goin on IRL right now actually. Did not expect shit to pick up nearly as quickly as it has. Damashii is def on the backburner for now though. I MIGHT have a basic patch out within the next month or two. MIGHT being key word. I don't know yet. We'll see.

Just though I'd give y'all an update that this project is in-fact not dead. Just on the burner. Did a lot of stuff tonight and hoping to get more done this weekend. I'll be dedicating most of this weekend to Robot Spirits instead of Danball because I told you guys I'd get a simple patch out and I full intend on doing just that.
Unfortunately I've run into a few issues with naming so I'll have to try and adjust around it (No I'm not going to do coding or anything to make it work right, this is just a quick and nasty trans patch. No localization here folks.) Some names like the Akatsuki from Geass take up 2 (4 latin in Hex)) spaces in Kanji and 8 spaces in Latin. So you can see how this is problematic. Others take up but only 1 Kanji so I've only got 2 spaces to work with. I'm trying to determine how to do things exactly so we'll have to see how this all goes.

Either use IDA Pro or TempAR to get Module entry point. ( a module = an .elf, which is what the Eboot is)
To get the Ram adress of the Eboot.Then it's Ram entry of Module + String adress in Eboot = your pointer (which you had to reverse cause it's in Little Endian)

Or take a Ram dump (which I've just included in PPSSPP btw) to know where's the string in memory. then do : Adress in memory + 08800000 = your pointer

Any more help ?

Eboot.bin pointers are often relative to Ram adress, not to file. That's common knowledge.

EDIT: Also if you don't mind my asking, where'd you learn to do all this Stor? College classes, self taught, friend/family?
EDIT2: Also could I use IDA 5.0 (Freeware) or do I need Pro? Looking at it, it appears to be QUITE useful.

Every game got a main executable, NDS = arm9 / psp = Eboot.bin (that's just an example)
Once you know where it's loaded in memory, you know where the strings will be in memory, and so you know their pointers, I'll explain more tonight.

Is this still a thing? I know you've been really busy, but it's been a while so I've been wondering. Don't really mind if you just chose not to work on it since the game's pretty foreign-friendly though. It would be a nice touch for some menus but again, just wanna make sure what's going on.

Are you sure about that? Are you sure it's not the Konig Monster, the bomber plane? Not trying to be nitpicky, but I'd be amazed if I actually missed an unlockable VF that transforms... You know, the skinny ones. They're not really the same thing.

Oh and R.I.P. Englishness (Not that it really mattered that much :P)

well yep they are same as main VFs but their name start with DX(japaness words) and its in a list under SIDE VF list that cant transform, there is blue one and red/white ones from vf series both completely transformable! but as i said sadly the transform ability get the weapon slot :/
