i recently preordered the EZ4 lite TF, and they say is on pre-order and expected arrival on 5th. for those that pre-ordered before, how accuarate is that date? is that like a "deadline" date? or they actually ship the item on that day. and, if they didnt meet the preorder date, they said will issue refund, and that will force me to buy again, and that will be really annoying. if someone kno how this works, pls explain to me, thanks.

I don't really know how they do it, the only thing I know is that they promised me that they will send me my EZ4 Lite TF on monday.
Yeah I think Winsunx are getting silly in some of their claims. I pre-ordered an EZ4 lite(with the micro SD) and an Ezpass-3 because they claimed they were getting them on the 6th. I would have preferred to wait until they definitely had them in stock, but they are selling so fast, that I thought I had better get on the waiting list.
The last email I got stated it would be shipped on the 8th, but it's obvious they are still waiting for stocks, so it's going to be a few more days at least.
Still I guess patience is a virtue!

I orderd on 6/30... go the same claim, however i didnt have the pass3 on my older and mine shipped, will arive tomorrow.

Mine arrived this morning. They claimed it'lllb e shipped ~5-6th of july but waited until 7th for trakcing number and arrived today (10th).

when i ordered, i also ordered the SUPERKEY (old) with it, then few days later, they sent me email told me superkey was sold out, and i Had to change to EZpass3 which was on preorder too. they they told me both will arrive and shipped on 6th, then 8th, then 10th.....well today is 10th...still no email yet ...waited for 2 weeks already. but i think they should hav saved a superkey for me, since i paid for it

I got my and started tinkering with the blank that came with my DS... unfortunatel, i wasnt comforatble with how tight it became in that case one it was modified so i stuck with the standard case.. I will be parting with my m3 mini sd on ebay soon.. I like the ez4l much better.
i dont get why you guys are having problems... i pre-ordered my EZ4 Lite when it first came out along with a Passcard 3.. before shipping, they sent me an email saying that the new passcard want compatible with EZ4 and if I wanted to switch it with the Superkey free of charge... I said yes and I got my package in less than 1 week...
I orded the EZ4 TF bundle and EZPASS-3 on July 5. I received a confirmation e-mail the following day (though for some reason it was dated July 11) that said "your package will send at tomorrow or next business day by Express". Since I still had not received any tracking info I sent them another e-mail on Monday (July 10) to see if my order did in fact ship when they said it would. Today I received an e-mail that said "the EZ4 was a pre-order , the package will send 2 days later". I'm hoping that means my package will be sent out by Friday.

Im not sure about this but they may do bulk shipments. I ordered mines this past sunday, I received an email saying it will ship tommorow or the next business day. So I guess they will ship it together and then separate from there.

I ordered an ez4lite and ezpass 3 last Friday, the 7th, and was told that it would ship on Wednesday the 12th. No word yet on a tracking number, or if my order has even been processed. I'll have some patience until after the weekend, as I assume it's just because they're busy. It seems to me that they are accepting people's money first, and then trying to fill their order later- whether or not they have the adequate stock.

Winsunx is just super busy with orders, I doubt they have more than 3-4 people working at that place. My 2nd order ships out Monday and should arrive Weds/Thurs. They are pretty bad on communication but they always pull through. They are the cheapest place on the net and thus the most popular choice.

There have been people that had to wait 2 weeks or so for their order to ship, it's just business as usual. Unfortunately, we all ordered during their busy season with the DS Lite out and new products out. You'll get your order, it's just a matter of when, not if.
