I've been doing covers non-stop here lately so I plan to take tomorrow off so I can have myself a break and spend time with my Daughter. I also heard that there is a thing outside called "A Sun" and I would like to check it out sometime. Don't worry tho, update 6 will be here Monday night, maybe earlier.
Enjoy!

So which way are we going with these? The original cases were a mix of square and tall weren't they? Are we going to have two different sets, or go with what we can get the most of, making customs as needed?

I'm having a slight issue with certain double games appearing.
Overall I've applied most of the work in this thread here to my 4.3u Wiiflow4.0.5,
and needless to say. I'm highly impressed beyond my expectations at first.
So I'm going through cleaning up some stuff.

This really is great work.
If at all possible could someone make Covers for the Original Super Bomberman?
(I only ask because its the only game I don't have a cover for that I have in my collection.)

And I'm slightly retarded when it comes to the source menus and I can't figure out how to get seperate console buttons. Edit** Yea I was completely retarded.. I missed an Ini file.
Problem fixed.

I'm pretty noob to this stuff and even I'm figuring it out pretty well.

To be blunt it's like this:
The set I'm working on is the 'CD Cover Style", MS has the "Custom DVD Style"
I believe most ppl would prefer the CD style, but since it was limited to very few covers at the time, they went with the DVD style cuz it's cover library is more expanded.
Eventually, we'll have 2 different sets to choose from. But that's up to the bossman to when that will be.

How exactly did you fix this, what did you do to which INI file exactly?
I'm also having trouble with one or two of my plugins that all files in those ones show up twice, one right next to the other and I can't figure out where the problem for the life of me.

I rerouted some of the directories in the plugins to find the correct box covers and rom folders, the doubles issue turned out to be unorganized storage in my roms folders. So I did some cleanup and found out its more effective to double check yourself after every folder you modify.

I'm not sure what you mean by this term exactly but I do think I remember having renamed or moved a folder at some point in time now that you mention it if that's what you mean.
The reason I had some files showing up twice was because I had two of the files in the rom folder.
I just went through and made sure everything was organized and deleted the doubles and now all is perfect.

So all in all. I have all of the game covers installed for all Emus.

BUT.
I still need a Seiken Densetsu 3, Front Mission, Tales of Phantasia and Terranigma cover for SNES

And all of the metal slug for Neo Geo and a few of the King Of Fighters namely 99-2004 covers.

Other than that.. This is by far the best thing I've yet to see on wii.

**Side note.
If I'm given the dimensional properties of the Cover files I could make the missing covers myself aswell as post them here for the Hardcore RPG fans that play games you guys haven't gotten to yet.
** UPDATE.
Figured them out myself.

http://www.mediafire.com/view/?da71vagr1d2aya5

There is the cover for Terranigma. I'll be doing other RPG classics that you guys haven't covered.

** Update 2.
I'm almost done with a Front Mission Cover.
I will post here upon completion.

Just an idea, you could always resort to a quick google image search for some of those. If it's just a front cover you just need to use the "covers" folder instead of the "boxcovers" folder in WiiFlow

So can someone explain this 2 me please, are these cover only for wiiflow emulator plugins? or are there versions of the latest emulators themselves with cover flow mods built in?

From what I gather, The top post Section is for Emuflow enabled WiiFlow Beta Versions.
So this section is for WiiFlow Covers only.

The Second Post section is in regards to The Emulators that Support Images.
For use with your emulators that support front cover images.
This section can be used in wiiflow, but at a visual cost.

Search through the gbatemp threads to find WiiFlow 4.0.5.
It includes all of the needed plugins to fully emulate full covers in WiiFlow.

I have all the metal slugs and kof covers for neo-geo, as well as the rest of the larger games. I just chose not to finish them up for release yet because they are currently unplayable on the wii.

Ah.. Nice.

I respect that.

I dunno man 99' is running for me.. It just has slight slowdown. 2002 and up are what I can't play.

Here is a Cover I made for Front Mission on the SNES

:D
Thanks for helping out with some covers man. But in case you didn't know, I already made the Seiken Densetsu 3 & Terranigma covers for SNES some time ago. You will find them in MS SNES cover sets.
I made the English translation cover for Seiken Densetsu 3 and the title is dubbed Secret of Mana 2. If you don't want to d/l the whole thing for just 2 covers then here you go. These are the Shrunken spines from the shrunken spine set. The regular ones can be found in the other set on page 1.

These are already the right size. Just right click and save.
Enjoy!

Awesome.. Thanks man.
For sure gonna use the Secret of Mana 2 cover.
That saved me alot of shuffling around.
:D
I'm honestly only gonna do covers for the games I play myself.. I mean you know.
If other people can gain from it though, thats a reason to share.

That's about how I was when I first started making covers back in March, but then I realized what I was doing I decided that this is how I was going to pay back to the Wiiflow community.
I actually have fun making covers, but sometimes it can feel like a job lol. But all is good. I'm glad to hear you like those covers.
