Chinese man Li Hao, age 35, was found guilty of murder, rape, organised prostitution, illegal detention and the distribution of pornography for profit and was sentenced to death. For 21 months he kept six women in a basement dungeon and not only raped them, but he also forced them to participate in pornographic web shows and prostitution. He was found out when one woman escaped and led authorities to the dungeon. Upon arrival, two of the women were found dead. Both were killed by the other three captives in a "fight to the death" as instructed by Li... (see original article for more details.)

I know I'm not the only person here who is utterly disgusted by this. This goes beyond anything I'd ever imagine someone doing. To be honest, this is the first time I've ever said to myself, "Good, I'm glad filth like this is being put to death." I don't think there's redemption for someone like this. It's people like this that make it hard for me to continue the belief that humans are inherently good.

Wow! I'm pretty much speechless on this one. He should be interrogated in case he is connected to any organized human trafficking group before he is executed. In cases like this, I think the punishment should fit the crime. Rape, torture and then a painful and humiliating execution.
Beyond that, I don't know what else to say. Those poor, poor girls.
This actually brought tears to my eyes.

This kind of thing makes me so angry...I just can't stand one person doing this kind of evil to another. Treating the other like he/she was some kind of toy or animal.

Makes u wonder how much amateur porn we see on random sites is actually forced.
The REAL sad thing is the fact that there's probably many of the same situation happening all the time and not getting caught.

So far so good. There's no need to get graphic about it either. It's disgusting to say the least and he got what was coming to him. If it starts to get out of hand, I'll be the first to report for a lock.

When it comes to my thoughts on the death penalty, I normally think to myself: "We only execute people because we're incapable of saving them."

I don't think there's any saving this man. Period. I agree that before executing him, he should be interrogated though. It might help prevent this sort of thing happening again in the future.

Damn, I feel nauseous just thinking about this, and I'm not normally one to react strongly to things like this. Never thought I'd read news that'd make me want to hurl before... think I'm just gonna log off for now... get my mind off it...
