Just wondering if i had a fully charged DS lite - put it in sleep mode, how long would the battery last?

Anyone know?

Thanks.

Really?

Thats impressive!

I was always worried about leaving it in my bag on sleep mode when i got off the train and went to work only to come back to it 8 hours later on the train home in case the battery died.

No worries now!

I would've thought that sleep mode would put the flash cart and passme device asleep too so they wouldn't affect the sleep mode battery life. Is that not true, then?

One Month? That's a bit long x.x

More then a bit long, the times I've forgoten to turn my DS off before closing it (usually right before going to sleep) the battery is dead or close to it by the time I get back to it... Usually at work in around 10 to 12 hours. Flash card or no.

Can't say about the passme/card/etc, I'm flashme'ed.

"If the system is fully charged, you can remain in Sleep Mode for roughly one week. If the charge light changes from green to red during Sleep Mode, the system is almsot out of power, and the system shold be plugged in and charged at once. Sleed Mode's duration may chage depending on the battery charge, game play, and temperature of the game system"
That comes right out of the New Super Mario Bros. Instruction Booklet.

"To sustain battery life in the midst of a game, users can close the DS system. That will pause any DS game they are playing and place the DS into a battery saving mode known as sleep mode. A sleeping system can run for a few hundred hours without losing its charge." And that's from Wikipedia

Hope that helps.
