On an average (typical) day, how many hours are spent playing v games?

How many hours do you spend playing video games on a TYPICAL day? And how old are you?

I'm 17 and I spend approximately 3 hours a day playing Video games on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends (if that makes any difference)

Not so much any more, I'd say 0-2 hours a day. Between school and having like no money, there's just not much I play nowadays. I spend most of my free time watching TV and movies.

EDIT: Oh for age, I'm 19.

Not as much as I like. Maybe like one or two hours on weekdays and three hours on weekends. It used to be a lot but everyone gets busier as they grow older.

EDIT: 18 soon to be 19.

Poll would probably make it easier but anyhows:

On average, I would estimate about 4-5 hours a day.

But I can go through periods of not playing games for weeks, or going upwards of 16 hours a day if I have time off work.

Edit: I'm 24.

I'm 29 and I probably only play an average of a half hour a day if I'm lucky

If the question were how much I'd like to be playing that'd be quite different but free time ... life ... you know...

The poll idea wouldn't work anyhow since there's no way to show correlation ... unless you made it show WHO voted but you'd still have to go through them one by one.
For those who didn't give age, you could always look at their profile to see if they have it there.

Im 18, play 3-5 hours a day. 1's a week maybe go up to 7 hours, not straight in a row for both answers.

I'm 17, nowadays I play 1-2 hours daily on average. But I can go days or weeks without playing because of the lack of free time, or days where I can play all day long.

Maybe a half hour a day now. Between two jobs and school, my free time is limited (and the time I want to spend gaming even more so). I've been, much to my chagrin, resorting to gaming on my phone and my tablet. Play a little bit when I go take a crap at work, when I'm on my break, that kind of stuff.

Age: 20 (thought I was the oldest guy to post in this thread, then I saw Maxternal. Whoops~)

More lately since I can't multitask anime and an MSN conversation very well.

7 hours a dayish on average, unless I work...which isn't very often anymore. Not hardcore gaming, just sort of playing a game and pausing every 2 minutes to reply to a conversation kinda thing.
Been a while since I hardcore gamed, QQ.
I'm 20.

Until about a month ago, I used to play 1 to 2 hours a day. Now that I've moved into my own apartment and can't find a job anywhere and with not much else to do, I've been playing way more than I should (like 3 to 6 hours a day). I'm sure that'll change once I get a job and money to do other things, though.

Ironically, I haven't played any games today, though. And I had a bunch of stuff to do. I guess that says something.

Also, I'm 22.

when I was 20 and unemployed, I played 15-18H a day

Now I'm 35 and I play an average of 0H on a typical day

It's now rare that I play after work, as I have other things to take care of at home.
But when I find time to play (usually on holidays, or some weekend) I guess it's 8-10H (from afternoon to late at night).
