I am going to buy a used Resident Evil Mercenaries game so i googled accidently about it and found something out.
You CAN'T delete your save..... YOU CAN'T
What does that even mean??? Seriously Capcom -_-

So i wanted to ask u about the game, maybe u know something about it.
Does it have a story?
Does it have something like a skill tree?
It would be really bad if the character would be buffed.
So basicaly say anything you know about the game.

Invest in one of those r4 save extractor things. They corrupt the save data, then when you start the game it tells you that you need to start all over.
I believe that's the only way, and people have been doing that for a while now...

Apparently you don't even need to do that, if you pull the cartridge when it saves it can reset it, too. Or at least that's what I read.

I really dont care if i got all unlocked as long as i can replay all the stages.
And if the characters are gonna be buffed then that would be bad.
I thought the game is about survival mode like u got a pistol and get all the other items on the stage or something like that

I believe you can do it without the save extractor, you just have to pull the cart out as the game is trying to save and it will corrupt it allowing you to start fresh. Anyway there is no story, the game is meant to be played like an arcade game where you attempt to get the best score

No, it creates a back-up save as it saves so this doesn't happen.

So that means i cant corupt the data but is the game gonna work on my 3DS?

Idk if they add a filter so you cant play the game on other 3DS -_-

you can delete your save file dong this.... but its likely to damage the handheld or the game cart.

Undeleteable saves have been known a long time ago.

No story, but unlock able weapons and stuff.

Why not get Revelations? It has Raid Mode too, which is similar to Mercenaries.

I own this game, there is no story, and no character buffs. Only 16 toons 8 of which are only 2nd skins of the first 8 but have different stats. All you unlock in this game is more stages and skills. Well more like Perks like on Call of Duty games. Anyways this can lvl'd up to 3 and can moved around at your leisure. So if you bought the game used, if would have Medals, High Scores, some Perks, and probably the extra toons.

Didnt you make a thread yesterday about this? I'm sure you said it was 7 euros, thats nothing..... its a good game and as said before its arcade style so there is no story mode anyway.

Because he is popular, He posted news on the homepage and because he always mention/type his name at the end of his post (yeah like signatures) I can't forget him for his post about "official r4 firmware 1.2x" which turn out to be falls alarm and reported buggy and a lot of games not working.
