OK I narrowed it down to 2 games that when I point to them they crash postloader. Both of those games were created using cleanrip. Niether of them work using DM booter.

Star Wars - Rogue Squadron III - Rebel Strike [GLRE64]
The Legend of Zelda - Collector's Edition [PZLE01]

I'll try to redump them. If that fails I'll find "other sources" to test out whats going on.

EDIT:
Which format?
grcexe or discex?

postLoader 4.0.0

* fixed a crash caused by cover cache when autostarting something (thx daxtsu)
* fixed a (long) delay when stopping wiiload thread when in autostart mode
* removed "fix crash on exit" for homebrew applications
* removed "use stub" option
* added ciosx return to postloader (channel)
* fixed a buffer overflow in game browser (thx DEFIANT)
* packed with new default theme by pepxl and me. Thank pep ;) (soon a new theme package with all featured themes)

NOTE: this version will clear all configuration files (autoboot settings... etc.etc.)

Very nice. Let's check it out.

The new theme looks really nice. You should've made the icon.png in the apps folder the same as postloader4.png though. That would've been a nice touch. ;)

Not that we can't do it ourselves, of course.

Hi stfour,

I notice you're still writing missgame.txt and misschan.txt to the SD root instead of to the ploader folder (which would kind of make more sense).

This needs to be added agaion to fully suport DM(L) 2.2
Made the DVDGetDriveStatus patch optional via a config since it broke some games (DML_CFG_NODISC) (fixes Prince of Persia:Sands of Time, Goblin Commander, King Kong, ... )

It actually is implemented, as "Widescreen" currently. :P

Code:
[/s]
[s]grlib_menuAddItem (buff, 8, "DM(L): Force WideScreen (%s)", gameConf.dmlNoDisc ? "Yes" : "No" );

Or did I miss something here? :)

Looks like I DID miss something here. I see USBLoader GX has some new config stuff relating to DML. I'll see what I can do to add it, then upload an unofficial version for testing. I have no way of testing if these patches work though. I don't have PoP or King Kong.

Okay, here's a new test build with the NODISC2 patch support, please try it for me, as I have NO way of testing it

I changed the version string to 4.0.0-DM2.2Test just so you can tell that you're running my build properly.

Look for "Full NoDisc Patching."

So after "playing" a bit with postloader 4.0.0 I think I found a few bugs.

-If you selected a game, homebrew app or a rom and a music track is stopping, the next track won't start till you "unselect" the game.
-You can't hold the R or L button on the gamecube controller down for changing pages, it only changes one page.
-If you selected a game, homebrew app or a rom and then press B on the GC Controller, it recongnized the pressing two times, so it opens up the game settings.
-The "About Postloader" section is two times there under configuration and then as a standalone section. This is not really a bug but a little detail.

I hope you understand my bad english :P

Suddenly I'm having issues booting neek2o now. Priibooter keeps moving my pl_us nand into some folder called backup with a whole bunch of numbers, and it keeps moving ticket/title/shared2/etc. to the root of my USB drive, where I DON'T want it. Any idea what's going on? It's getting really frustrating.

Isn't it better to look at http://code.google.c...rce/detail?r=30, this app is more "code clean" and always the most up to date loader for Dm(L) (not the prettiest though)
