Not needed, because i have done the same tool and it work perfectly for me.
Which file do you want to open/translate ?
If you want my tools: sorry, it's no, because they are in commandline and for MAC.
I have try to convert them for PC, but no ready for now (really buggy).
Tinke will have the same functions when i could convert all of them in it. But i don't work on it for now.

The home menu is in MTSINI (pic2d; title) you can translate with lz10 and tile molester.;the start menu is in overlay.0000 (data, overlay) you must decompress them with codec lzz: http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/utilities/download-codec-lzss-ds-10-f23640.html and recompress with blz:http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/826/ . Ask to Ouioui for the items and others.

Merci, si vous pouvez parler français qui se rapproche de ma langue, donc si vous êtes mieux d'écrire en français.
avec madedit je traduis avec hexadécimal ?
et une dernière chose, me donnent déjà décompressé le fichier du logo ?
Pas de problème pour le français. Vous avez juste a re écrire par dessus et oui c'est un éditeur hexadécimal. Si vous voulez vous pouvez en choisir un autres de toute façon sa ira aussi su moment ou il peut décoder le japonais (shift jis). Après les modifications, vous me l'enverrez et je vais l'insérer.
