Hi everyone,

I have been out of the scene for a good while now so please bear with me.

I recently acquired a 3rd wii really cheap and decided to mod it for use with a bit of usb loader gx and with dios mios.

I followed the complete softmod guide thats on here, took it up to 4.2e from 3.4e and did the necessary backup of the nand.

The wii is post 2008 so no boot2 install but I did put priiloader on it. I also installed the latest dios mios wad as well although I can't quite work out how to put the gc games onto the media? Thats another story lol

Anyways Homebrew channel is working fine and I can run homebrew no problem.

The problem came when I downloaded the latest usb loader GX and decided to try to use fat32 wbfs. I formatted a 4gb usb stick as fat32 32k clusters and converted a game using the wii backup manager to a .wbfs file. USB Loader GX picks up the game fine but when I try to load it I get a black screen and nothing else? I am so out of touch with this, and need to go back to noobie mode again. I once modded 3 other wiis but they used a dedicated wbfs partition and i've never tried dios mios on them either.

Also, prior to loading on usb loader gx, the disc channel animation that is supposed to appear is also blank?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks
