I actually work transcribing phone conversations (yes, in English) and even though Internet grammar is pretty bad, you'd be surprised how hard it is to write down the garbage that comes out of people mouths verbally and actually make it make some kind of sense on paper. Grammar rules are just imposed by society. People don't really follow them.
