There was a lot of controversy after the HG/SS leaked so early so now the ROM dumpers have to be more careful. The BW1 ROM's were dumped 2 day's before the people actually released it. It has already been established that people in Japan got the game 2 day's ago so the person who dumped it will most likely release it a few hours before release.
I don't understand why people just won't change their security settings.. It's very easy to do, and I can't see why you want to have WPA2 security settings..Im guessing his flashcart isn't compatible with 3ds and his security isn't compatible with dsYou cant do that on a ROM?I think I'll just grab the original for online world matches.
