You've all been trolled. The only version available (as of 19/06/12 07:50am gmt) is the unfinished english translation of the game.
ywg is one of the fastest around, in case you haven't noticed. He generally updates a day, two at most, after a major release. I only mention Black 2/White 2 as the release date is close enough that it may not seem worthwhile to release an update now, then release another one just a few days later (as I've seen done before when popular releases were fairly close together). If that's the same file as I previously downloaded, then that must be password-protected. According the the text file included, you need to answer surveys in order to get access. :/

Even after applying this patch, it still doesn't work on clean or patch mode on the DSTWO. . . Although I'm sure my ROM is a real copy because it runs on Desmume 0.9.8 fine
