I do not think Korean symbols can display correctly on a North American, European, or Australian/NZ 3DS. I don't think Cyrillic (the alphabet used in Russian and Ukrainian) would show up either properly. If anyone gets such symbols to show up right let us know, and from what region your system is set to.
