No possible way (I came up with)

Are there any other releases with this issue? There are a lot of versions for each game (lot of combinations of languages) so unless you have contact with the release group i can't see how you could know that...

in an extent yes
for instance

3DS0031 Ridge Racer USA Ang/Fr/Esp

the other except four or five of them have only enlish like cave 3d story
.My theory is that games that were launch first in US then europe has multi3 so people might consider export via US,im not sure really..
also interesting to notice that games that were initially launched first in us have only one langage.
like shinobi,cave 3d,wwe,dream trigger ,wipeout 2 etc...
one thing is sure though,the 3ds hacking is going a long way now,and the number of dumps and teams involved show one thing: We are at the end of the tunnel !!

unfortunately enougn here in asia , Legacy's method of dumping hasnt been shared yet and its shame to see that the market here is very dynamic but all eyes are turned to Europe(abstrakt,legacy,contrast) and US(Venom) and we really would like to participate.....

For the Japanese releases, I'm checking this page listed by released date on the left:
http://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/software/index.html

I used it to get the Icons for Offline List, it also list if there's wifi/local/internet/street/spot/downplay.
Additionally to the games we already have dumped, Japan have a lot of games not released in other countries.

I can try to make a list (copy/pasting), but that would be too long and unnecessary until there's a Japanese dump group.
A USA/EU missing dump could be useful though.

Hello,

Thanks for the link and dat (and posting my dat on player advance).
My dat is not maintained every days so it's not always up to date.

I tried to place a lot of info in the dat (most like NDSCRC and DS offlinelist on advascence), even if OLL don't see them, in case someone are interested by these info or making a dat reader for 3DS.
Also, I followed the released order from Pong (order related to ftp upload date, and not dump order).
I also named the game's titles according to their covers and from nintendo's website to be the more correct possible. (PES, nintendog, etc.)

It's a good idea to divides size by 1000.

Users can choose the dat they prefer.
Yours is updated faster for users who want to verify their roms, and mine as more informations but they are not displayed inside OLL (it's more for a future use).

Edit:
I tested ZRomEdit with my dat, it looks great and would be very useful for me. But it's editing your dat instead. most values might be hardcoded.
edit2:
I tested Create dat Rom selected language, and same result: it's using your own 3ds dat instead of mine. it might be hardcoded.

is it opensource? I would like to update it so it can be used with my dat.
Edit3: maybe it will not help if it can't create the commented tags.

The roms have to come first. Otherwise how the fuck are people going to find a way to run roms? At the moment they're of interest to collectors and people interested in poking around in them to see how they work, but if there ever is a way to play them then they're all out there already.

if we can not test these roms, also do not know if they are true files, so fuc*** this releases and updates...depending on future flascard these roms also can not work or requered update on files....again, this is stupid situation on 3ds....

I removed the offtopics.

Release groups don't care what you think about ROMs playability, if flahcards exits or not, or if they will ever exist.
They are dumping them anyway for archive and history purpose. they don't care if YOU can't pirate the game you don't want to buy.

Post here If you have informations on dumped or undumped ROMs, or if you need help with a Offline list dats (at least mine, but it's not updated often).
