Hacking I havent seen Topics concerning this R4 Clone (Probably Yes or No)

Well that's the site of the clone o-o (I just received it as a random gift OTL)
As by any chance is there a way to update it to make it compatible to the new 3DS Firmware?

Or Another alternative kernel for it?

either way you have a TTDS clone so it can runs RGF's Kernel

If there is no updated bootloader on the site then there is no updated bootloader for the latest 3DS firmware. As for alternative kernel then you would have to try RetroGameFan's Multi Cart Update or have a look at other clones to see if there is one that can be adapted. I've had a look at the kernel and it's a TT based one so you may have luck with RGF's update.

The card is a DSTTi/R4i clone
It runs on TTMENU the RetroGame firmware by RetroGameFan should do the trick.

Wood will not work on this cart. The best bet is Retro Game Fans Multi Cart Update.

And I doubt that bootloader patch will work either.
