They can't join when the community group is full with 8 people. So it's better to have multiple communities, likes room 1, room 2 , room 3, etc...

I found the official Nintendo community, it came up automatically on my community options.
It's called Mario cup. maybe it's not official but popular? Has 3081 players in that group.

[edit 1]We should just have one official GBAtemp one for us (like the mario one) so everyone can join it and there will always be someone there hopefully instead of making a bunch of diffrent ones and never finding anyone.
[edit 2] Made a sig for the GBAtemp community which is the one quoted in the original post. Anyone else feel free to use my sig or make their own so everyone can join the same community and we can get some races going!
