Anyway it works on the dsi with 1.42 and on the 3ds with 2.1 and even plays some of the games that didn't work on the dstti (ndstti.cn) since they stopped updating...
I hope this site does continue their updating. I only paid 5$ (with free shipping from priceangels). so it's not a big investment loss...
I just don't like the menu on it. My kids (pre-readers) can easily delete games from their convenient menu option... It's a pain "mommy diego???" anyway, I wonder if there is a way to not display that start on the main menu or is there a way to load a different op system altogether. I have my games nested in folders and find it a pain to go into the folders to find a game. the ndstti.cn had a better op system...

It is cheap and it works, but as far as clone with no direct support of a team the risk is that sooner or later no new kernel will be available.

P.S. for NDSTTi clones you can use RetrofanGame Kernel, a NDSTTi clone with FW updates like www.r4itt.net is for me the best benefit/cost solution.
you can found new firmware here http://www.ndsill.net/index.asp and can make your card work on dsi 1.4.3 and now is your card a ndsill.net an r4i card.
many clones and all the same r4i and dstt
