Nope, that ip/port is closed or not forwarded (correctly).

It's only for validating if anyone from the internet can reach you with your server. And no, we can't.
So, how did you setup port forwarding at your router?
good news.. i checked the port number on utorrent and then checked it on the site you posted and it said success
so that means
ip: 72.39.220.82
port: 25895
password: openbagel
so that means
