Anyone ever hear that jay-z skit where they're like "fu¢k you, pay me."... heh that is now my response to all complaints. $520 short on my rent and both of my wii's and both pc are gonna get sold to pay it or im out on the street with my wife and baby on wednesday. Pretty sad for a loader that gets like 1.5M downloads a month.
I threw you 20. Hopefully some of these other fine wiiflow users do the same

Hi guys,

A little issue I have at tehe moment. I cannot update the wii database as it crashes. Anyone familiar with this problem? What is the cause of it?

Guys , this is no joke....

If there are people that use Wiiflow, could spare a few bucks, Miigotu can go on living normally.
He is one of the best coders for homebrew at the moment, devoting a lot of time to it..

All of us from the Wiiflow Team (testers and themers) will be very sad to if this means for him having to stop working on Wiiflow..
We believe that he is going to make a final Wiiflow version that is super solid and will have amazing features, IF he gets the opportunity to finish it.

Thanks for reading and/or Donating in advance..

Sent a $20 your way bro! Hope it helps. Obviously sell what you have to to keep a roof over your babies head man. I pray things will get better for you and I'm positive they will. Unnecessary stress to be short on rent

I wish I could donate. My bank fucked up my e-banking and they're never open outside my working hours (I'm changing banks because of their shit
mad.gif
). So until that clears up I can't replenish my (currently near-empty) paypal account, let alone donate.

And a question: is it possible to add support for the discEx format to wiiflow? Thus far, the attempts to get .wbfs files to work under uneek were rather buggy. But the opposite is, to my knowledge, never tried.

...or is this something that the cIOS handles?

wii/joy flow already do diskEX.an does it quite well. i'm sure you know this already, an seeing that joyflow IS wiiflow. it already works. i use it all the time. so not sure what the question is.

I know. I'm using joyflow as my main loader...on uneek. But does wiiflow (as in: the version made to be used with cIOS'es) support discex? I converted my game collection to it to use it on uneek, but now that the new version of wiiflow is around the corner I'm not sure anymore whether to get hyped or not (as you can understand, I'm not going to change back my entire collection to .wbfs just to check out the new features).

You only need one game to check out the new features wever, not your entire collection

These betas only have support for the d2x cIOS, so they won't run on Hermes cIOS. At this point there really isn't a need for the Hermes cIOS anyway because the d2x cIOS can do everything that Hermes does and more.

I have been using r410 since it was released and I can tell you that it is stable and loads anything you throw at it.
To use r410 or 411, you need a d2x cIOS in slot 249. For example, I have d2xv6 (base 56) installed in slot 249.
You also need to delete gameconfig2.ini from the /wiiflow/settings folder and .wdm files as described in the wiki.

There are some amazing new features available in r410, like NAND emulation and auto IOS detection. The auto IOS detection feature will automatically pick the correct cIOS for a game. For example, to play Black Ops you don't need to pick a cIOS with base 57, just click play and wiiflow will automatically use a d2x cIOS with base 57.

To turn on/off NAND emulation, move your pointer to the channels button and press B. The NAND can be on the root of the USB drive or in a folder, but if its in a folder the path needs to be defined in wiiflow.ini.

r411 has initial support for save emulation, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Also, everyone should know that the themes still need to be updated to support these latest betas, so you should use the default theme for now until themes are updated.

Thanks again to miigotu, r-win, overjoy, and the wiiflow team for the fantastic work they have done

i have cIOS250[57]-v21d2x6 & cIOS249[56]-v21d2x6 installed & still have problems with the 249 dol. that's why i was hoping for a 222 dol as i hardly ever have problems with 222 dols. on 249 dols it usually takes a few tries for me to even get wiiflow to boot up. when i do finally get it to boot up i have even more problems

As I said earlier, with this beta version you can ONLY use d2x. I can make you a 222 dol, but it won't work anyway because Hermes isn't supported in this beta.

Did you delete gameconfig2.ini and get rid of .wdm files? You may also need to make a new wiiflow.ini, so delete/rename your old one.

If you are still having problems then come to IRC (irc.abjects.net #wiiflow) and the official team can probably help.
