Ya there's always a bug for hackers

Or they can pay to game makers to place exploits in their games xD

3DS will not be hacked forever.

BS everything gets hacked and the 3DS will be no different if it's made by man it can be cracked by man
pretty sure virtual boy never got hacked

.

But I do believe 3ds will eventually get hacked in some way to get homebrew running. Hell, somebody like team twiizer might have found/end up finding a software exploit to get 3ds mode but are going to wait on releasing it until the time is right.

Well even if there are things that do net get hacked or get hacked less efficient doesn't mean its not possible.

think about it there are not as much hacks and viruses for mac computers but its definietly possible ... still there are not that much hackers interested in even trying ...

As long as there is a "big" community and people who want to try their best there will be someone finding a way, there is no use in discussing i think noone who adds to a discussion like this is actually able to hack more than a 2 sign pass code XD

but think about stuff like bruteforce there is ALLWAYS the chance to break trough, a simple/stupid way like this would just take years depending on the security but it would work sooner or later.

Just look at the playstation ... they said its "impossible" to hack now some hackers said it was extremely easy just noone actually tried before (at least noone with propper knowledge of hacking)

Please lock this at once. Not only are the OP's posts so abstract and unintelligible but they referrence "no$3ds", an emulator which doesn't exist especially since the original creator of no$gmb and no$gba went missing OVER 4 YEARS AGO and was never heard from again. Quite a few fake instances of the "emulator" have appeared over the web and youtube offering password-protected archives to download it and other similar scams.

This is worse than the R4 clones which rode on the R4's popularity. This post is referrencing a successor of a maggot-ridden long-defunct and unupdated emulator which has stuck as delusionarily popular with the community simply because it's low on resources, ignoring how horridly out of date and buggy it is. By claiming a successor to it exists when no 3DS emulator has been made, it is addressing itself to utterly the lowest and most ignorant and stupid segment of the NDS emulation fanbase, and OP is making a referrence to it! That certainly loses a lot of credibility and prestige of the whole rest of your statement! It starts with a few buzzwords such as encryption and RSA and a program that does it in order to draw attention, then it breaks down into jibberish and a false claim.

This isn't something you make a mistake with. That emulator simply doesn't exist and whoever tries the program will likely end up with a virus or wasted time upvoting websites and an archive containing no$gba. To claim otherwise means you know VERY well what you are doing, and that is fooling people.

While the discussion herein(admittingly lacking any real substance) should continue, it'd be best left untainted by the claims of the OP and thus in another thread altogether.

op didn't claim no$3ds existed, he was saying there's a long road if it'll ever happen. Thanks for the rant about hating "no$" emulators though.

Nocash hasn't updated his emulator in eons. Of all the emulators that would have received a 3DS makeover, this would've been the last possible one to imagine. To try and claim that anything is playable via an emulator that doesn't exist is generally pretty bad. My hate isn't at the emulator itself. It is at the segment of the population that such a statement would sound plausible to that utterly appals me. It would imply that nocash is alive and kicking and even keeping up with the times to assume that he has released a 3DS emulator when things are quite the other way around! Are we to be taken for idiots? And I DO hate this so-called "no$3ds" being spread around the internet. Four pages in nobody has mentioned this. Also notice "my friend told me". What friend? There is just so much bad quality in the original post yet the thread went on for 4 pages of speculation, mainly based around how ppl interpret it because it's abstract as hell.

Back on topic. I just think this should be locked because of how many people come in here and use translators. We can't understand you (and probably don't want to). At least, for the most part. There are other forums in your own native language - use them, so that we don't have to put up with gibberish. Other people have such bad English that you could mistake them for using a translator. But anyway, that's off-topic too.

I think we need to stop these pointless threads. Even if it is telling everyone that the 3DS won't be hacked for a while, no one is going to listen. See that sticky post about not starting any more topics about 3DS hacking? A lot of people obviously didn't.

The fact of the matter is that we don't know when the 3DS will be hacked. ROMs have been dumped, although we don't know if they truly work because we can't test them. If it truly was Legacy who dumped them, then they probably work, and if their claims are true, then they've already managed to get the 3DS to load ROMs - therefore, the 3DS can't be all that hard to hack.

At the end of the day though, there are a lot of people who THINK they are hackers, and then there are a lot less that are actual hackers, and those actual hackers aren't all interested in the 3DS. We'll see it hacked one day, but for now, just shut up about it. It happens when it happens and no sooner. Making a hundred topics about it will not speed it up.

I do not think 3DS can be emulated.
"Perfect", the term itself is fraught with contradictions.
It is only notion through western\Christianity eyes.
Through western\Christianity eyes,we cannot understand the nature.
You guys are obsessed with the illusion that you are special ,aren't you?
Resolving all by the force means nonsense.

So now you propose to us that the 3DS cannot be emulated? You're not the only one who is trying to give a definite impossibility verdict. Nor is this the only thread where such statements have been made. Nor is the idea NEW in any way. Another reason we don't need this thread. And the rest of your response? I can't make half of it, nor is it likely that anyone will.

Using translators and speaking in non-native language is okay, but there is a quality limit to adhere to under which the posts become unintelligible. But beyond pure translation issues, I think there is an issue with the quality of your info and reasoning. This post sounds more like a mix between "we can't know everything" and "violence isn't the answer" and I don't get how any of this has to do with the topic.

And yes I am sounding "passionate" because I am baffled and outraged at how something of this quality can constitute a basis for a "new" topic regarding 3DS hacking in a forum that's already oversaturated with similar topics that make ten times more sense than this one!

Anyway, For everyone else: Since I'm a translator, I offered to translate some things that Matyapiro31 wanted to post because people weren't understanding him, so he replies with this contemptuous remark (the Japanese is a lot more rude), so this message is just telling him that I was just trying to help, and since this an English language forum which requires English ability as a rule, maybe he should think about sticking to Japanese forums.

People that says it cant be cracked are just ignorant. Its like saying your car wont be stolen because it has a state of the art alarm system on it and the doors are locked.... yeah...

So as long as no real skilled thief decide to steal your car it wont be stolen. The only thing thing you will stop are passer by and kids that arent professional thief. Now its the same thing with any console, as long as no one with the skill and time necessary is willing to crack/hack it, it will be safe otherwise its not safe at all.

So YES, the 3DS can be hacked....BUT, will anyone do it? When will it be done?

Those are the only questions we don't have answer to, but YES it CAN be hacked/cracked!
