You can using netalzero tools for that, yeah i know how to edit on HEX editor both wild or starter pokemon. but you must understand how to convert binary to decimal or identified binary on decimal ect is will help you on another task.boktor666 said:

Anyways, there ARE EV hotspots in the game you know? Most of them haven't changed since the original games.
Attack - Outside Dragonspiral Tower Dark Grass (Tranquill, Sawsbuck, Mienfuu, Druddigon)
Speed - Basculin in certain water routes (like Route 6)
Sp. Attack - Celestial Tower 2F (Litwick and Gastly)
HP - Moor of Iccirus/Iccirus City (Gastrodon and Stunfisk)
Sp. Defense - Route 18 (Tentacool)
Defense - Relic Castle Basement (Onix, Sandslash, Cofagrigus)

i only found 2 audino with luck egg but 2 are enough for the start...even i found some rare candies.....just keep using them bam bam bam lvl ups.....i just caught a trapinch and used about 6 rare candies on it now i have none left still finding more and it s now lvl 33 and i am going to use it to defeat the next gym easily
