Are you saying you already updated to 13146 and you didn't flash stock first?
It's recommended to flash to stock if you are running lt+ 1.1 then update to 13146. The 13146 update changes your dvd drive to a new firmware and lt+ 1.9 is made for it.
So if you are on 13146 now flashing 1.9 will be fine.

I was running LT+ 1.1 on a Lite-on 7 series, not spoofed AFAIK. I already updated to 13146 without flashing back to stock firmware first. Am I safe to use LT+ 1.9 on LIVE?
