Nintendo has confirmed a Flipnote Studios 3DS, so there's no point on porting over the old one.

Most likely compatibility issues. Like how the Xbox 360 couldn't play some Xbox games.

So if i understand correctly, once DSiware is transffered, you can't play them on your DSi anymore?
Cause i keep my DSi and like to play those dsiware games i bought also on my dsi and 3ds.

I noticed... EA's Sudoku is nowhere on that list. That means it's still transferable.
It probably won't work anyways but whatever.

The Sudoku ban is SO referencing Sudohax (even though only one of these is actually hackable, and only a certain version).
The only one I miss is Oregon trail (which I never bought).

Wasn't EA sudoku patched anyways? If so and it's still blocked I guess this shows me wrong and they're going to allow system-system transfers (no WFC involved).
And awwr. I've got Asphalt and while it's certainly not a fantastic game, it's got more work put into it then most DSiware titles so it's sad to see one of the more advanced ones not make it.

Flipnote 3DS? I really hope that there will be infinite space for your Flipnotes. Space limits were the biggest problem with the DSi's Flipnote Studio.
Oh, and more colors and layers. 3 colors and 2 layers were really limiting.

Okay, transfers do seem to use WFC, since the transfer program says it's needed (when i look at it in the DSiWare store).
