ywg has mentioned that he is working with an lwIP port instead of dswifi library. he said its much faster with less bugs. might be something to check into.

i heard this and am informed of the progress. you are not my god.

but if it requires a complete rewrite of functions (sed/recv/socket) then i dunno.

if it's just changing some initialization routines in the arm7 and arm9, that'd be nice.

with that I can save everywhere in the game even in the place that I can usaly or before I play I back up my save to be safe?

It's a backup "service", not Real Time Save, if that's what you're asking

Nice update Smiths! Funny thing how the DS flashcarts still seem to create useful functions that weren't present before, but would kill some people if they were removed now

Awesome! I'm going to check this out.

Maybe in the future, would it be possible to integrate it with Dropbox? I don't know how this stuff works, but just throwing this out there.

Thanks a ton AKAIO crew! God bless you guys

Seems like a pretty cool, although a bit useless, feature. Thanks anyway, guys, you're great.
Maybe it could be useful if you had no immediate access to your computer (or a MicroSD card reader) and really needed to backup some save files, but I believe that kind of situation is farily rare.
