Hacking A few questions about priiloader and regions

Hi,
Hope you can help me i have tried google but the
wealth of experience on this forum far outweighs
any advice google can give me...

(I have 4.2e wii modded using modmii and i have tried iso's via usb
hdd and everything works ok atm)

I have a few questions (simple yes/no will do fine):

1. Do i have to keep priloader and/or boot mii on the
sd card or usb hdd for them to keep brick protection?

2. Priiloader has a region free protection which i turned on
but for it to work do i need to keep priloader on sd/usb and
if i load an iso (scrubbed/unscrubbed) from another region from
my usb hdd will i be safe from bricking?

3. Am i safe from bricking if i allow wii to access the net and
if i put a retail disc/disc from another region into wii am i safe
from bricking??

Last thing - thanks to forum & members for helping me already with my wii
Is there any advice for a noob like me with regards to not bricking the wiii
now that i have soft modded it?

1. no the programs are already installed onto your wii
just store them on your computer just in case you ever need them.

2. region free hacks from priiloader don't apply to usb loaders. it only applies to the system menu. also there is no way of bricking by loading a game via usb.

3. yes you can get online without messing up your wii.

really the only way to brick is to mess up the installation of a system menu IOS or system menu.
just don't mess with those WAD's and you won't brick your precious wii.

[*]You can remove the Priiloader install folder, but you need to keep the "SD:\bootmii\" folder. It has to stay on your SD card. It is also important that you keep nand.bin and keys.bin (from the NAND backup you make with bootmii), but you can move those to your computer.[*]That hack is for running things from the disc channel. Backup loaders can play out of region games without Priiloader, and there isn't a risk of bricking.[*]You are safe IF you enable both the "Block Online Updates" and "Block Disc Updates" hacks in Priiloader. Those are the most important hacks to enable.[*]Take a look here. I explain common types of bricks and how to avoid them. Really the most important thing is don't mess with something you don't understand.

Wow thanks very much for the quick replies - all understood

Am amazed that any game from any region can be loaded through usb
without fear of bricking as i thought an iso was just a pure replica of whats on the
disc.
Is this because the game by-passes the system menu and so any upgate/region issues
on iso (ripped from disc) arent loaded?

exactly, only the actual game is loaded when using backup loaders.
