the translation comes up as:
-okay, here!
it would have been correct under another circumstance
but it kinda makes you wonder what she means greeting you like that,
it probably should have been something different(?),
like:
-okay, that's all!(?)
or
-okay, this is it!(?)
or probably,
-okay, here is fine!(?)
