If this 'hacker' had a direct feed scan of the activity log screen, it wouldn't be hard to edit in that mystery text and icon. Also, the fact we have two top screen pics is very suspicious (because it would reveal the photo channel screen and bust the myth if he showed the bottom screens)leeday100196 said:

@ CA519705950 Yes that 3ds is mine. And no I didn't edit out the light. You can easily force it to stay off in Parental Controls in the System Tools menu.

While it's certainly not impossible, I'm not going to believe some ambiguous image. Until the "hacker" who did this reveals his method, we'd all be better off doing something else.

What do flashcarts show up as under the activity log? Is it possible that he could have somehow changed the I.D. of a flashcart to have it show up as a gajillion question marks under the list view

nop, they show up as an nds game (ie. sc2 shows alex rider as an avatar )

First off, if you managed to display Hello World, you should have shown us the bottom screen to show where you are "exploiting" something.

I can only hope this is real, would be good to have 3DS Homebrew. But I must say, looks a bit fake. Where's the bottom screen?
This proves absolutely nothing, it would be really easy to take a picture of the top screen and photoshop it. Even I could do this, with very little photoshop knowledge. If this was real, we'd be hearing a lot more about it (we would be able to run 3DS code).
