Are you saying that ModMii was unable to download mymenuify? I kinda doubt it...

what hard drive are u using? I bet if u used a different drive it would speed up. Other than that, u can just try different cIOSs until u find one that loads games off your hard drive fastest

cheers

I apologize, I changed the download location to my C: drive and there it was/is under the apps folder, sorry bout that :-(
the drive is the same one that my brother in law has been using and there was no problem till his Wii was updated to 4.3U system menu, I used the configurator to load all the games using 224mload IOS and it loads with no lag time, should I use the 68a3 or 68a3-222 version? thanks

Any can be used, as long as you put the cIOS, for example, as a meta.xml argument...

I am using ModMii and I am at step 4) INSTALL PRIILOADER.
The guide says: After successfully installing Priiloader, access it by powering off the Wii, then powering it back on while holding reset until you see the Priiloader menu....

The next step is 5) INSTALL WADS.

I have installed Priiloader. Should I access Priiloader before step 5 (install wads) or after?

You may as well access Priiloader right after installing it to enable system menu hacks and other settings (like block updates), but it really doesn't make a difference if u complete the guide before enabling system menu hacks or any other priiloader settings

edit: it's also good 2 launch it just to make sure it installed properly, but I've never once seen it report as installed successfully and not deliver

Fairly certain for Internet thing that the Wii won't allow you to set up a connection without a working internet connection. If there is a way I'd love to know because I have a router at home but no internet. Curious if anyone's found a way to create a fake Nintendo server for this kind of thing. If not it could be an interesting project for one of the more experienced coders around here.

Because i used once one of those broadband cellphones internet thing and i have internet only when that is connected, but when its not connect to the internet the router is still working .

If my memory serves and it won't let you set it up without internet then you could still setup the router while you have internet and that may allow you to connect to the router when you don't have the card but, there's really no point in connecting to the router without internet (unless there's an app I don't know about which just needs a router).

Thanks again a lot for this update allways quickly here!
It's a very good idea to purpose to install priiloader and custom themes when we built a virtual NAND using ModMii!!
laugh.gif
, but I would like to know if it's possible to install themes and priiloader on an existing emulated NAND? thanks a lot
smile.gif

edit: I think for themes, we have only to change the 000000XX.app file by a .csm (renamed as 000000XX.app of course)

Your 'edit' is the correct way to manually install themes to an emulated nand. Just make sure u are replacing the correct *.app file (it should be the same .app file you would have used as a base to construct the *.csm theme, and corresponds directly to your system menu version, a list can be found here: http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/sy...acks/Mymenuify)

How to manually install priiloader to an existing emulated nand (4.2U for example):
A) renaming /title/00000001/00000002/content/00000088.app to /title/00000001/00000002/content/10000088.app
B) then copying priiloader from a nand dump with priiloader installed ie. 3.2E nand (/title/00000001/00000002/content/00000046.app) to the 4.2U emu nand (/title/00000001/00000002/content/00000088.app)

Alternatively you can just download and rename/copy this file to the emu nand: http://nusad.googlecode.com/files/Priiloader-v0.4.app

Note:
/title/00000001/00000002/content/000000XX.app is different for each firmware, here's a list I just whipped up
(essentially the same as the mymenuify theme *.app list +1)
25spi05.jpg

Also, you can copy a universal hacks.ini file directly to the emu nand here:
/title/00000001/00000002/data/hacks.ini

You can grab the hacks.ini from ModMii or from here: http://nusad.googlecode.com/files/PriiloaderHacks.zip
Alternatively, if running uneek/uneek+di, u can save hacks.ini to the root of the SD card and priiloader will copy it to the appropriate place on the emulated nand when first accessing Priiloader's system menu hacks selection screen.

Thanks a lot for this perfect answer!! I try it as soon as possible
yaywii.gif

edit: It works like a charm for custom themes (and the green one is really fullgood!), and everything is ok with priiloader v0.4 and system menu 4.3E under UNEEK+DI, thanks a lot!!

I have just a problem with a nand updated from 3.2 to 4.3E : priiloader is here and can be load (like the system menu ) but if I try to use "setting" or "system menu hack setting", I have nothing! priiloader freeze and i have to reboot...Any idea?thanks

I still cannot play COC black ops or LEGO star wars Clones wars. I've just updated Modmii and these games still will not load?

I know which cIOS to try but the ones the wizard downloads do not work. Any reason why?

You have to use cIOS 250 with base 57

Wich USB Loader do you use?
Because you have to set the cIOS in the game settings for each game individually.

It's really strange jamesy. NOrmally it's fine with a cios with base 57. Do you use the rev21 (from waninkoko) or another one of cios 250 base 57?

Or you could use hermes cios 224, ( moddmii version )

ModMii's recommend cIOS250 and cIOS224 are both base 57 and should both be able to play the game. Additionally, the IOS used to load your usb-loader (generally 249 unless u change the arguments in the meta.xml) must be base 56 OR base 57 to work (modmii's recommended cIOS249 is base56)
