'tis quite simple actually. Just show one picture after the other to show a wobbling anaglyph effect. If only I had a 3DS, I'd view the pics too

I had a look at Muramasa, Smash Bros and Zelda. Paper Mario was not available to download.
Smash Bros and Zelda look really nice except when the HUD breaks through the 3D objects.
Muramasa looks a bit strange with the characters being on the same layer as the scenery around them.
I'll look at the rest when you upload the smaller versions of them.

Looking at them all now that the sizes are more reasonable.
Super Paper Mario - 3D parts are nice, shame about the HUD and sky though.
F-Zero - Pretty cool. The HUD is actually well placed in this one. Some kind of strange grey stuff around the edge of the car though.
Pokemon - Very nice mostly. Major issue with the health bar of the pokemon though.
Monster Hunter - Very nice! Only problem was the flat dialogue box overlapping the 3D character in the first image.
Mario Kart - All good! No HUD problems at all. Fair bit of ghosting on Raindow Road though.
Sonic - No problems at all! Very nice!
Ocarina - All good. The N64 textures and models are looking a bit dated though. It's good that they're re-making it for the 3DS and not just porting it again.
Sin and Punishment - Very nice! Only a bit strange having the crosshair on the level of the HUD rather than deeper in the game world.

Specially on Sin and punishment, Well I could dive it deeper I guess but..
the problem is the part of the crosshair, that is the closest to the screen..
That thing won't go 3D, so in other words, it messes up the 3D experience in the game.
hence I had to put the entire 3D depth down a lot so that the stupid crosshair won't interfere with the 3d, being 2d object.
so this is the best I could do
awesome job, thank you. i would love to play me some 3D monster hunter or RE 4, but i actually dont have a cloue what exactly is needed for it. but for making the 3D pictures you have done us a big favour. its awesome to see those games in 3D.

Metroid Other M was made for the 3DS! Man I just need to see a FPS in 3D, and DBZ BT3, and I'm done! Now I just have to calm down and wait for these dam games to be made!
