quick question. is it possible to cancel out the crosshairs/aiming mode of the cob cannon? i often tap it by mistake and end up activating it when i dont mean to.
If you can't find any button to deactivate it, then I don't think it is possible. Try launching it in the plant-selection bar or in the corners.
This game suffers from major slowdown! I completed adventure, mini games, puzzles, and surival and got the golden flower trophy with no problems. The only cheat i used was the max money.
However, when i played endless survival the game crashed when i reached 7 flags! I had 2 rows of flowers, row of cob cannons and 3 rows of tall-nuts.
Obviously the DS is so underpowered it can't handle too many sprites. I tried again, this time whittling down rows of flowers, tall-nuts but could only manage to reach 8 flags before it crashed again. Yet some people have claimed to reach 14 flags!
And, i cant fill out the Almanac, there is one last zombie, i think it's the trash carrying zombie. Well i've reached him in survival endless, purposely died before the game crashed to save but it still won't fill out the Almanac.
Also, how do i get mushroom and acquatic plants in the Zen garden?

This game looks quite fun. I should look for it when I go to the game shop next. It would be a nice little time waster for me.
May I ask, who here owns the original retail cart? I want to ask if the game does not lag and freeze(specifically on Survival Endless) and reads faster rather than on flashcarts? I'm interested in buying a copy if its better there.

I have an retail cart, but haven't noticed any lag so far. I haven't opened up Survival mode yet, but I will load my save back onto my cart to compare.

Another graphical glitch; this time level 4-1, when selecting the plants on the cards dissapeared and some weird yellow lines
anyone else really wish this game had an online leaderboard for the endless modes? would provide an incentive to keep playing for me.
