do you have IOS58 on your wii? if not, install that, then reinstall HBC again (no need to uninstall first)...
doesn't the Modmii guide have you reinstall HBC after installing the updated IOSes (including IOS58) later in the guide... (if HBC is not running on 58 by then)? ...i think if you ignore the problem for now and continue with the guide, you'll see the solution in the process of completing it....

currently following generated guide as directed will edit with results tho the internet channel does not want to install

that was the tickit loading HBC on IOS58

internet chanel still dosent want to install getting error -1022 NetFlix installs fine from the wii shop but i still error out when trying to install the web browser via WII shop

WII shop ERROR 202011

its not that i want the channel or anything like that its the fact a problem exists and might cause issues with other things that is all neither .WAD file OR wii shop would install the app that i would think generally points to something wrong with the system its self
