Hacking Wii games not connecting to internet with homebrew?

Alright I can connect to the internet but heres what happens for a couple games
Monster Hunter Tri: Connects through everything until you get to choosing the city and it doesnt process
Animal Crossing City Folk: I talk to copper and choose a city and then i get the error code 86420
I called nintendo and did everything they said correctly the guy even looked at my router, so i dont know what to do I have a wii 4.3 u with homebrew and i have a belkin router
EDIT:
Mario Kart Wii: Connects to online and then just about when you choose the course it disconnects

Are you playing from retail or backup? Disc or USB? If you are playing backup, which cIOS are you using?

This is what I found out about error code 86420. Have you been able to play Animal Crossing: City Folk with other players, or is it just this one town you are trying to go to?

Like i said i have retail and i try to connect with multiple people

it could be your nat type, update your router to the latest beta then try again, if that doent work tryin puttin your wiis i.p in the dmz and see if that helps
