Okay. I think I know. Open the .sav file with Pokesav. After that, Press Open in the Pokesav party box thing and load the .PKM file?

Yes then save it or save as. and put the new .sav into the original one (make a backup just in case)

Easier if you have 2 DS's and the Distribution rom and just change the dates (you only need to change the date on the distributing DS but changing both makes them legit.

Wait so do Mystery Gift Pokemon Events work for people with the game running on a flash cart? I thought it worked via WiFi, so shouldn't there be no problem?

I went to GameStop today and got Raikou on my SoulSilver on my Acekard. I didn't use the PKM.

I opened up my save of SoulSilver and saved the PKM for Raikou… Pokeshifted it using the Pokeshifter program, and loaded the shifted PKM into Pokémon White on my Acekard. White sees it as fatefully encountered, but it's not activating the event to get Zorark. Does the Raikou's region need to be Japanese?

Dunno about this really since I don't play, but it sounds like you need all 3 maybe?

BTW, use the Transfer Machine to get the legendary dogs/Celebi onto B/W.

How? SoulSilver is on my Acekard, and so is White. I can't use the Transfer Machine to transfer from a ROM on a flash card. And the only real DS Pokemon games I have, Platinum and HeartGold, are American region. I can't transfer from those either.

How does the Pokeshifter program not work? It seems to work for me... the Pokemon I've shifted appear shifted correctly in the game.

You need all three of them to unlock the event, no?

EDIT: Also, I downloaded the ROM of the cart they use to give the pokemons. It works well for anyone that has two flashcarts or a flascart and a retail one.
