someone with the update just do a nand dump, extract the nand and goto (idk usa version here probably) \title010005\73433745\ (this may be incorrect), copy the data zip it up and someone can test it with sneek at the very least.

if you need the .tik file that corresponds to these, just attempt to start the download. if it says something about resetting and shop channel, then you already have it.

First attempt under sneek di using a usa nand and usa copy of the game failed to detect the patch and tried to re download it.

i apologize for the double post, if you're still around, mind trying something for me, if you have geko os, can you use the rebooter option to disable the save check then copy the file to your sd card with the wii's internal manager (the copy options will still be grey apparently), but this will remove the no copy save check (again apparently) and reupload the data.binhetoan2 said:

If you want the download content and you have NTSC ISO running on PAL use "RegionFrii 1.21 / SYNDiCATE" http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=54138 to change your usa iso too europe and use "WIIISORenamerv3" http://www.mediafire.com/?dymtotgmxf3 to change from SC7E52 to SC7P52 and just rename it exactly the same. You still get to use your same save game.

if someone wants a ticket i can give them it, but the file is so small that the game will download it when you accept the update.
Other than that ticket file, you only need the files in the DLC and black ops will read them. It might not even think it's there without the ticket though...

actually i came across another bug using an ntsc emulated nand on sneek, with the ntsc disc, shop channel was accessed and wfc agreement all ok, but the game just endlessly loops not downloading anything (shouldn't sneek work fine emulating a usa nand)
I have the ticket, and i have the files unpacked to the correct place in the sneek nand, when i look in the wii memory manager it does not acknowledge the existence of the dlc, nor does black ops see it and just trys to download again.
direguard everything i just said, apparently it works on uneek off my usb hdd but doesn't explain why it didn't work on sneek off the sd, maybe i was just being dumb lol.

oh i got the message to show up but it says you cannot download update must agree to user agreement in wii settings
