How is this game?

Graphics are quite fair, but the overall speed the game runs at is too slow. The controls are quite awkward and seem un-responsive, and you cannot turn around (as if to go in the opposite direction as in NFSU for GBA). The games engine feels very linear.

I wouldn't rate it very highly at the moment but maybe I need to play it some more.

Wow, looks a lot like NFSU from the screenshot. Graphics look a little crisper though.

OMG! Is it just me or is the quality near DS standard ( e.g. ridge racer)??

The actual graphics are no where near DS standard. The framerate is pretty poor in this one.

LOL aw3some graphics!! oops hit 3 on accident in the right place, no need to backspace! reminds me of the cut scene in Capcom vs SNK on dreamcast!@#$%#%# ROX so that's what that game was, now my inner mind is at peace.

I have to agree that the graphics look a lot like NFSU -2 .

I hope this is as good as the dreamcast version, I loved that one

Graphics dont look too bad, but its not as good as the dreamcast version. The gameplay is there, but everything just doesnt seem to fit, like when you stop everyones just moving slowly past you as if you werent going that fast in the first place :wtf:

And the music, ugh, terrible >.<
A little retro though, wich is good, but its like Road Rash music gone bad.
The dreamcast one was just plain great, this ones OK.
I think its better than NFSU2 though

But thats only becuase of the gameplay, NFSU2 for GBA is more like NFSU gone right and doesnt even have the little roaming mode that was supposed to be the main selling point. Though I think they coulda made it alot better.
Anyway, this games alright if you like the series and need a racing fix on the go, but be sure to turn the music off and play your own

I can't believe it, another bad racing game for the GBA. The gameplay and graphics of Top Gear Rally and V-Rally 3 were so much better than this one and they were released almost 2 years ago.
