People still care? Seriously, in this time people have been waiting for, they probably could've made enough money to buy a Wii and Brawl. And possibly Melee.

And maybe even Smash 1 off the VC.

I don't really see why you are even making a point of this, Rumble is for the portable gamer that wants to take Super Smash Bros on the go with them...

All kinds of things are being added to make the next update even better than the last! (I don't want to spoil anything though, so you should check out the blog at http://www.ssb-rumble.info )

Well, I care, mainly because I can't get another game console because of bitchy parents. All I have is a DS and a computer.

Ever since I played Super Smash Bros. Brawl on my friend's Wii, I became addicted to the game and made it as a must-have game. But ever since my parents said that I won't be getting another game console, I gave up trying to get it.

Knowing that there's something similar to SSBB for the DS, I'm definitely looking forward to this being finished. Is this supposed to be some kind of manually-made Homebrew game?

It's a homebrew game coded in Palib

I'm sorry, but I don't want to spoil too much, since I'm not the leader of the project, just a helper.

Temporarily, it will be back up soon! You can also follow Rumble on Facebook if you want some updates, although I would highly recommend joining the forums if you want more details or updates.

Just to be honest, you really need sound. It just doesn't have the feel of Smash Brothers until it actually seems like I'm doing something. Having an inconspicuous number rise isn't enough.

You know, after being hyped for this, let down, hyped for this, let down, hyped for this, and let down, I'm really hesitant to get hyped for this again.

I don't see this being any different than the other download/support/recruit "campaigns" for it we've seen on this site. No offense, but this project has had a lot of advertising with little to no progress to actually back it up.

That's why we're RECRUITING. We don't have the resources to develop any faster. The reason we keep advertising is to get more members to help us finish the project, not to hype everyone about the game.

Meh. Development could be a lot faster if you decided to give up your lives... But seriously, I understand. It takes forever.
