Does this one have the option to change voices to japanese? 'Cause PAL version doesn't

Days? Just find a decent Torrent or find megaupload links and download the game using Internet Download Manager or JDownloader. Both methods will get you the game within a few hours. If it takes you days to download a game either you have a slow internet package or you are not downloading the right way.
