Hacking Games on R4i gold

Hello. I'm new to flashcart use etc, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with something. I bought an R4i gold off the internet and it's been working fine, but alot of the new games I've tried won't work, such as sonic and sega all star racing and the new pokemon games. Does anyone know if it's possible to get these games working on my R4i? it's from http://www.r4igold.cn (doesn't seem to be working anymore for some reason), if that will help you guys help me out

Solution: Buy a new card.

ALL R4 cards that support DSi or SDHC cards (Anything Gold, i, III, Ultra, New, etc, etc) are junk.
If you don't have a DSi and don't have much money to spend, get a 1:1 R4 clone.
If you DO have a DSi, but not a lot of money to spend, get an AceKard 2i
If you have a bit of money to spend, and want all the nice features, a SuperCard DSTwo is for you.

Also, little bit of advice for the next time you want to buy something:
Ask FIRST, then spend your money.

I use an R4i Gold from that website, Its not junk. -.- It works Pokemon White (Clean) with the newest version of 1.36 and can also play Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded with a simple AP patch. It also let me play multiple games that I couldn't get to work when I still used 1.32 files.

To get them working, I suggest you download the 1.36 file listed on that website, they were a real cookie from heaven for me.

out of all the R4i gold that one is the worst one
only way to get games to run is get the latest kernel, and find patched roms,

Not true, because this is a DSTTi clone you can run the DSTT software on this card.

How to install and update DSTT software on R4i Gold from r4igold.cn:

STEP A
1. Download DSTT software 1.17a12 http://filetrip.net/f9076-DSTT-Unofficial-...5D-1-17a12.html
2. Extract the directory called "English" to your harddrive
3. Open the "English" directory
3. Rename the file "TTMENU.DAT" to "iLL.iL"

Now you have the DSTT software for your R4i Gold, next step is to update the software. You only need 4 dat files from the next download.

STEP B
1. Download the latest DAT file update (current last version is 6.31) http://filetrip.net/h25123605-TTDS-EXT-INFO-SAV.html
2. Open the rar archive, open the TTMenu directory in the rar
3. Copy the following files from the TTMenu folder inside the rar:
savlib.dat, usrcheat.dat, infolib.dat, extinfo.dat
4. Go back to the TTMenu folder in the "English" directory from STEP A and paste and overwrite the 4 dat files

STEP C
Open the "English" directory and paste the content to the Root of your MicroSD memory you will use with the R4i Gold. You should have the following files on your memory: TTMenu directory, iLL.iL and TTMENU.SYS

Enjoy your new software with better compatibility for new games
