Set NeoGamma to alt .dol disc loading, select player.dol(that's the correct name, right?) and watch the WM+ video(s). After that set NeoGamma back to alt .dol disc+ only and everything should work fine.
Ok, either you have a terrible bad burn, or your have a DVD+R that is not bitset. Is it a DVD+R? Do you know what bitsetting is?

Ok if you get a read error after reading the disc id, it's either a bad burn, your drive is dying or a bad image file. There's a slim chance it's NeoGamma's fault, but i would rule that out because you tried different versions.

it is to believe the dvd burner is dying because it is new.. is it matter if it is a laptop burner?

before i burn the iso's i run them trough wiibrickblocker and wiiscrubber , is there something else i need to do? till now that worked for me..

WiiScrubber only makes sense if you want to save memory on your HDD when storing the .iso. If don't keep the .iso, or keep a 1:1 copy, then skip that step.
And brick blocking is NOT necessary when using a loader to run the games anyways.

i use the wiiscrubber for the main.dol to extract error002 with generic wii patcher but the new neogamma fix it does'nt he?
i burned it with nero /imgburn or InfraRecorder at 4x speed and then play them

You don't need to do all that to the discs anymore. Today's loaders fix all that on the spot. By the sounds of it, if other games work, then its a bad dump of the game. If you have the original ISO of the game before you tampered with it, I'd try that (without removing anything from it.) If that doesn't work, it seems as if your original dump is bad.
i burned madden again without wiiscrubber and the rest... it showed me the same error..
