Hacking Ocarina NTSC Cheat codes for PAL?

I have a PAL Backup on my External Hard drive, I found some sweet cheat codes for the game, problem is they are NSTC, Will force region changing or w/e (I was flicking through usb loader gx) make them work, or will they work by default? Cheers.

Codes are closed source such as games. You should find the PAL ones.

Then you are out of luck. As the person that made the NTSC codes if he can reproduce them for PAL.

huh? there is no source code for codes. they are not compiled. they cannot be open or closed source.
