Hacking [MMM] Multi-Mod Manager (a collection of tools)

Thanks for bringing me up to speed, I was quite amazed at some of the guys who came up with all these clever ways to mod even before hackmii 1.07 came out. One video tutorial had a guy even using MMM's custom IOS installation option to hack IOS36 after TBR, it was convoluted but it works.

i hope that new version of our great tools will come sooner

i want to tell you that while playing with the last version 13.2 i found that it becomes not compatible with CIOSCrop installer it gives me (Error -1) i don't know what's happen but i used to launch CIOSCrop installer from V12.8 without any errors but when i try to install all its WAD files manually using your built in WAD manager it works without any error
Hope to see a new version that fix this also did you still interested in adding a region changing option i think that you have to edit Setting.txt in NAND to do that so we will not need ARC any more to do that

Getting error saying IOS222 v65280 and IOS223, IOS248, IOS250 cannot be removed\error removing? I was on part 3 of the 4.3 guide here - http://gbatemp.net/t171901-modify-any-wii-4-3-below

Any ideas guys?? I followed the guide to the letter guys?? Using version 13.2 of Multi Mod Manager.....

I am getting a Ticket (-2011) and Title (-1035) error??

sounds like you missed the step to install & patch ios36

NOOB ALERT !

Alright you hacker gods, I'm new to this Wii mod/hacking scene, and need some help with MMM.

I've managed to softmod my Wii, by following the instructions here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgKYlmppxW4, and installed Wiiflow + an external HD so the kids can play all their games without swapping DVD's.

But somewhere along the process I must have screwed up, because now when I boot up the Wii, it always loads MMM, and when I try to exit MMM it only reloads it again. The only way I found to access the Wii channels menu, is by going in the "manage Priiloader" page, then "1) Edit Priiloader Hacks" and "save settings" it then leaves MMM and loads up the "health and safety" warning and goes to the Wii channel menu.

Anyone know which part I screwed up, and how to fix it ?

I tried to search all over for the answer, but it looks like no one has that problem...

Glad to see an update, but would be nice to see ahbprot implemented to install the trucha'd 36 into 236.

Sorry but there's no Google code page for this great application MMM is a closed source homebrew till now

i want to ask you to include an ELF version of MMM along side with DOL file so we can launch it directly using any of existing exploits

I have upload the ELF version to MMM's 4shared folder, you should be able to find the boot.elf file a click away from the download page.

I tested the new function of v13.3 -- "Install & Patch IOS36" under new 4.3 environment:
(IOS15 v1032 , IOS36 v3608 , all Korean IOSes are the latest version)

The result is FAILED in the first step -> can't downgrade IOS15 .
(because IOS15 v1032 is higher than v1031)

I think the process of downgrading IOS15 in MMM is very similar to TBR's process .
Since TBR 1.13 or 1.14 mod version can't downgrade IOS15 v1032, this new function
("Install & Patch IOS36" ) can't work ,either. (under new 4.3)

Yes if the Wii was on-line updated to the newest 4.3 (Sep 7) update from Nintendo, that function is now blocked by their new Korean IOSes. All earlier versions of 4.3 and below will still work.

No worries, I'm planning to enable MMM to use AHBPROT to overcome this

What about installing truchad ios 36 in slot 236 instead? As i understand life; it its the best way to do it now?! I might be wrong just triing to help

I see that MMM was just updated Sept. 13th but why does it not have the latest IOS's available to download?

Yes MMM was released Sep13 but was actually done before Nintendo released their latest IOS, that's why. My next update will cover them.
