I've looked through the files and it doesn't seem too difficult except the deleted voices from the skits.
Although there are some extra voice files in the USA version which need to be replaced with similar ones or just silence.

fuck it just froze in me right before the battle with the mercenary guy in the 2nd town using GX!! fuck this it goes on a disc.

I find most stuff that doesn't work on GX works on uLoader for me. SMG2, PoP: TFS, etc all worked on uLoader for me but not GX. Give it a try before wasting a disc

I can't imagine that we have to swap them one by one right ?
As for the battle (that's the only thing that I've succeed in undubbing, swap the voice_btl.afs with the japanese one in the btl folder)
Please tell me how to finalize my undub as some of the scenes are japanese but sometimes it froze when another scene begins ...

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
