reason why i cant get online been trying for days even i went to MacDonald for the WIFI still my DS wont go tru

i needed to download those quest and items from shop , any 1 knows if the game they patch is blocking my online?

Both the Xenom and Bahamut releases have worked fine for me. Do other games work?
