as the name of the topic says, are there any good first person shooters for the DS that I haven't played yet?

FPS I have played so far:
Call of duty modern warfare mobilized
Call of duty world at war
Call of duty 4 modern warfare
Goldeneye rogue agent
James bond quantum of solace.
Metroid prime hunters
MOON
CORE

Dementium: The Ward is the best one, not played Dementium II yet. Its by the people who did Moon which I can't say I liked much.

Other than that they're pretty crappy on the DS like CORE is.

Don't laugh but there's Bionicle Heroes, a kind of Metroid clone all though not quite as involved. And if you don't mind being on rails there's Dead 'n' Furious.

That was a decent House of the Dead style game. It was released as "Touch The Dead" in the US and has one of my favourite box arts for a DS game:

Art was by Arthur Suydam who did Marvel Zombies.

I don't recall Goldeneye ever being good.
I don't recall Quantum of Solace being a First Person Shooter.
Why don't you change the list to "FPS I haven't played yet" because you can almost literally name one for each finger you have. The amount of FPS on DS are so small that you've played nearly every one except Dementium.

BTW, Dementium 2 is better than 1, about the same 3-4 hour length, but it sports more enviroment variety, updated graphics and cleaner textures, improved mobility, survival mode, more story in the 1st 3 minutes than the entire Dementium 1.

Holy shiz I forgot about Bionic Heros.

Brothers in Arms anyone?

Touch the Dead and Dead 'n' Furious are the same games actually.

If you really want to play them all, you can also try Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt. It's a preview version of the full game that you got when you bought a DS at launch. It's not too special, but it's not bad. It takes about 10 minutes to play through the most interesting mode.

That's a 3rd person shooter. Good game, great sound not bad for a mobile phone port but it gave me major cramp with its d-pad and touchscreen control.

Didn't say it was different.

Didn't say it sounded necrophiliac.

Anyways, you're best off playing both Dementium games. I suggest the second one which was released recently.

Also, Touch the Dead was a really fun game IMHO, the graphics sucked big time but it doesn't matter because the gameplay's what it's all about. And the game was produced when the DS was still young.

It's third person alright, by far the best of the ww2 1st/3rd person shooters as it flows well unlike the CoD abomination with busted tank stage and joke of an AI setup. I used to have a legit copy, wish I wasn't in a spot sometime back where I had to sell it as I want it again. It oddly didn't cramp me up, but CoD did. The first CoD on the DS is a good one, but the ones after while looking/sounding a little nicer have some very broken/questionable vehicle stages in particular shitty tank controls among other little annoyances so I gave up on those.

If you want to get technical, Brothers in Arms is 3rd person, but I count it as 1st person.

A true 3rd person game you can turn around and shoot at targets you can't even see. Brothers in Arms controls and behaves like a 1st person because the camera stays locked to your character's back and will always turn with you when you turn unlike other 3PS where you can turn around and see your character's front without the camera adjusting itself. Even though you see your own character in your view like a 3PS, it plays and acts just like a FPS, so thats why I suggested it as a 1st person.

And it's a fair choice to list, and I was just being technical. It does entirely play no different than the CoD and the other games control/camera wise entirely it's just you see yourself but it's not loose and all over like your normal 3rd person view stuff. I really think people should invest time in it. It really was the best game until COD4MW came along on the DS and in some ways still is. That game to note with it, it was the first '1st' person shooter where you could blow up structures with high explosives and tank shells, and detail wise it still is pretty high end compared to many of the others (including CoDWaW.)

There isn't any more that you haven't mentioned, apart from Dementium which Gaydrian brought up. Just curious but how was the James Bnd titles as I have yet to play them?
