yes!!!!!!!! the game is out but nooooooo it hangs on my EZIII flashcart after i select grand prix on the main menu i crashes with black screen. it works fine on emu.
I find quite a few games don't run on my EZ-Flash 3, such as Mortal Kombat Tournament edition. Thankful the EZFA is ever handy with it's great compatibility.
I've been waiting for this game ever since it was announced, I can't wait till the english version comes out now

I plan to race around my own tracks I create

does it work on other flash carts? someone test please cos this is the only game that seems not to be working on mine
Works fine on my EZFA. This is an excellent game, a big leap from the second one. The presentation and features are just great, after the short little trip away with GP Legend we are back to the heart of F-Zero with climax. The create a track function is great! I just made an uberly fast and fun track. There are 30 save slots for tracks, so oyu have all the climax tracks plus 30 more

wait i got it to work put it in the 256 part.

Am I the only one who thinks this game sucks? bad controls, bad music, some of the worst voice acting ever, sense of speed got lost. when I'm playing it, it feels so cheap.... I was really looking forward to this game, but it looks like it's not that good after all.

edit: I've unlocked the platinum cup now and it has much better music(from GP Legend).

I'm wondering if the sub-title "climax" has anything to do with it being the last F-Zero GBA title? Of course, there's plenty of room for the series on the DS, but maybe Nintendo is finally ending the series on the GBA. Well, at least that's what I think. :hmm:

Man Nintendo is really throwin F-Zero around these days.

F-Zero 1 (SNES) 1991 USA
F Zero 2 (aka F Zero X) (N64) 1998 USA
F Zero 3 (F Zero Maxium Velocity) (GBA) 2001 USA
F Zero 4 (F Zero GX/AX) (GCN/Arcade) 2003 USA
F Zero 5 (F Zero GP Legend) (GBA) 2004 USA
F Zero 6 (F Zero Climax) (GBA) 200X USA (Probably this or next year)

So we had 1 FZ game and then a 2nd 7 years later, a 3rd came 3 years later, then 2 years, then 1 year, now probably less than 1 year. I guess FZ is doing good business for them so they decided to milk the cash cow.
I personally don't really care much for FZ, but to each their own.

And mm could you tell me what your settings are ? 'Cause I have an EZ-Flash Advance 1024 and EZ Client 3.10, but I always get the little guy with the mysterious text. Tried every save type now, doesn't do a thing

Errm I'm using an EZF-Advance not an EZ-Flash (whether it be 1 or 2). Make sure you set the save size to 1024k in the ez client though. I get the guy iwth the text too, everyone does, just wait and press A button.

You forgot F-Zero 2: BS Grand Prix, released in 1997 on SNES but only released on the BS-X (Bandai Satellite X) but it is playable without the add-on if you have a Disk-Copyer (Super Wild Card etc.) or playable via emulation. I may also point out that F-Zero X: Xpansion Pak came out in 1999 but again only for an addon machine (yet again) called N64-DD, but my guess is you did'nt count those as they were'nt released for native systems.

The game is really sweet. The other two F-Zero games i didn't really care about, but this one with the improved engine and graphics is really sweet.

Mmm everything is correctly detected, it sets it to Flash-Type and 1024, but it doesn't save a thing, and there still is 2048 of memory save space left so that isn't the problem either. Pretty weird , let's check if there is a new EZ Writer version.
