Heart is less important then the Soul.
But Gold worths more than Silver.

Ho-Oh VS. Lugia = DRAW,same stats,attacks,flying type.

EDIT: I voted for Soul Silver only because I play SS,not HG.. Everyone will just vote for the one they play..
